Community Hangout 2024 with PROMAD’s Fellows

We are excited to host 31 youth leaders who emerged as fellows of our Accelerating Youth Participation in Governance and  Social Accountability fellowships in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and Nasarawa State.

These youth leaders actively participated in the Accelerating Youth Participation in Governance (AYPG) project in the FCT supported by the Nigeria Youth Futures Fund (NYFF) and the Strengthening Participation, Accountability, and Transparency in States project in Nasarawa State, supported through the WYDE Civic Engagement Project by the Kofi Annan Foundation (KAF); European Partnership for Democracy (EPD); Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD); the Oslo Center and funded by the European Union (EU).

This hangout will bring together 31 fellows for the first to reconnect, share experiences, and discuss their incredible progress and leadership efforts since completing the fellowship programmes.

Our founder and executive director Daisi Omokungbe has expressed his readiness to host and listen to the leadership experiences of the fellows from their perspectives working in different communities.
