PROMAD Foundation is a civic-tech non-profit organisation utilising evidence-based strategies driven by technology to bridge the gaps that exist between citizens at grassroots communities and the government to strengthen accountability, and participatory governance for efficient implementation of projects, programs and policies for sustainable development.

It has the following vacant positions.

  • Programs & Partnership Associate
  • Impact & Communication Associate

Employment type: Temporary

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja, Nigeria

Programs & Partnership Associate

The successful candidate will assist the organisation to deliver organisational objectives through programs and project designs, development, implementation and delivery to drive social change and impacts. His/her work will require liaising with partners and team members to develop proposals and manage programs and relationships. A first degree/HND in social and management sciences or related disciplines with practical NGO experience in research and data analysis, report writing and project management, monitoring and evaluation are required.

Impact and Communication Associate

The successful candidate will produce digital content such as videos, podcasts, graphics, reports, infographics and visualized data and manage the organisation’s digital communication assets to tell PROMAD’s programs’ impact stories. He/she will also manage communication engagement tools, monitor, and evaluate the organisation’s impact as well as provide media relations with media outlets. A  degree/HND in communication or related disciplines with practical NGO experience in digital marketing, IT, research and data analysis, report writing, familiarity with monitoring and evaluation tools, demonstrable creative design skills, and effective oral and written communication are required.
